Attendance is REQUIRED!
(10 points per week)

Students are required to sign in each day to receive attendance credit.

Students should be on time for class.
If you are tardy, you will receive half credit for the day.
Tardy is defined as any time past the start of the class.

Students who are more than five minutes late on TEST DAY, will not be
given a test. There will be no
make-ups. If you feel that you
will be late, you MUST discuss this with the instructor at least 24 hours PRIOR
to the exam.
Participation Credit (5 points per week)

Every Tuesday
students are required to bring in one question they want to go over from the
homework.
·
Write your name, date, and question on a piece of paper.
·
Turn in before class begins.
·
If you are late for class, the question will not be accepted.
·
Answers will be covered in class.
Homework
·
Homework is managed online at MyMathLab.com.
·
You must purchase a license to use.
It can be purchased either online or in the LTCC bookstore.
You must have internet access to complete your homework.
·
The course ID needed when you register is
brock16568 Forms of Extra Credit that
will be accepted (aside from what is given online):
·
Hours in the tutoring lab – get printout from lab and submit.
(1 hour = 5 points)
·
Study Plan Printout (1 hour = 5 points)
·
Review Tests in MyMathLab (turn in work shown on separate piece of paper
– clearly identify extra credit work)
·
Extra credit can ONLY be turned in on TEST DAY.
Quizzes (10 points each):
Test Day:
·
Do not be late for any test
·

You will be given a short review before the exam
·
You may use a one page "cheat sheet" to
assist you on the exam
·
You may not have an addition or
multiplication table on your "cheat sheet"
·
You may use scratch paper (it must be turned
in with your test) · No Calculators allowed.
·
All work MUST be shown on your test to receive
credit for your test answers.
·
All test answers must be put on the Answer Sheet
or it will not be graded. · If you do not feel that the answer will fit in the space provided, state "see work" as your answer.
You may turn in Extra Credit on test days ONLY (aside from what is offered on
