Parallel and Perpendicular Lines

  1. Click the "New Graph" button.

  2. Use the two pieces of information given to find the equation of the line.

  3. In the equation box, enter the equation of the line in either slope intercept form 
            y = mx+b
    or if there is no slope, in the form 
            x = a
    Examples: y = 1/3x - 4, x = 3/2, y = -x
