Members Present:  Kurt Green, Jon Kingsbury, Steve Fernald, Larry Green, Beachy Orr, Members Absent:  Rosie Hackett

Staff:  Terry Livesay

Items discussed:

1)      Approval of minutes from May 1 meeting: Approved by consensus

2)  Start evaluation process of new courses submitted:

There were no new courses submitted. 

3)  Evaluation of resubmitted courses:

There were nine resubmitted courses which resulted in all being moved forward.

4)  Other items:

a)     The committee reviewed the list of courses that were returned to the initiator for corrections but not yet resubmitted and the committee’s decision was to inform the respective dean of the courses that still need to be corrected and resubmitted.  Kurt will inform the deans.

b)     Terry informed the committee that she would not be able to attend next week’s SLO meeting.  Though she will be sorely missed, the committee decided to go ahead with the meeting to review any resubmissions that have come through. 

Meeting was adjourned at 3:45pm.
