Members Present:  Kurt Green, Jon Kingsbury, Steve Fernald, Larry Green

Members Absent:  Beachy Orr, Rosie Hackett

Staff Member Absent:  Terry Livesay

Items discussed:

1)      Approval of minutes from May 8 meeting: Approved by consensus

2)  Start evaluation process of new courses submitted:

The committee reviewed the original two courses that were submitted for SLOs and MASLOs which resulted both being moved forward.  There were two additions that resulted in both being returned to the initiator. 

3)  Evaluation of resubmitted courses:

There were 13 resubmitted courses which resulted in all being moved forward.

4)  Other items:

Regarding the remainder of the meetings, the committee decided that they would take it on a week-to-week basis.  It was decided that there would be a meeting on the 22^nd if there were courses to review.  This will be the approach for the remainder of the meetings.
