Members Present:  Kurt Green, Jon Kingsbury, Lisa Foley

Members Absent:  Scott Valentine

Items discussed:

1)      Approval of minutes from November 12 meeting (There was no meeting on Nov 19): Approved by consensus

2)  Start evaluation process of new courses submitted:

The committee reviewed the original 12 courses that were submitted for SLOs and MASLOs which resulted all being moved forward.  There were five additions which also resulted in all being moved forward.

3)  Other items:

a)     Kurt informed the committee that Roberta Mason, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, sent a ‘Thank You’ card in appreciation of Kurt and the SLO Committee for all their hard work.  It went on to say that it is really amazing how far the committee has come, but that they realize there is still a long way to go to meet all the assessment requirements.   

b)     Steve Fernald submitted the Program Level SLOs for Culinary Arts.  After review, the committee commended Steve on an exceptional job.

Meeting was adjourned at 2:40pm.
