Items discussed:

1)      Approval of minutes from October 15 meeting: Approved by consensus

2)  Review of Program Level SLOs:

    This item was tabled to the October 29 meeting

3)  Standing report from the MASLO Committee:

    This item was tabled to the October 29 meeting

4)  Start evaluation process of new courses submitted:

The committee reviewed the original five courses that were submitted for SLOs and MASLOs which resulted in four being moved forward and one being returned to the initiator.  There were three additions which resulted in one being moved forward and two being returned to the initiator.

5)  Evaluation of resubmitted courses:

There were ten resubmitted courses that resulted in all being moved forward.

6)  Other items:

Kurt will be sending out an email to faculty asking them to identify one of their courses to map the course level SLOs to the appropriate college level core competencies.  Kurt is asking faculty to submit them by October 26.  Kurt will then submit these to the Assessment (MASLO) Committee.
