Members Present:  Kurt Green, Jon Kingsbury, Beachy Orr, Rosie Hackett

Members Absent:  Lisa Foley

Staff:  Terry Livesay

Items discussed:

1)      Approval of minutes from January 23 and January 30 meeting: Approved by consensus

2)  Start evaluation process of new courses submitted:

The committee reviewed the original seven courses that were submitted for SLOs and MASLOs which resulted in all seven being moved forward. 

3)  Evaluation of resubmitted courses:

There was one resubmitted course which resulted in the one being moved forward.

4)  Other items:

a)     Kurt attended an assessment workshop in Irvine, CA last week.  The LTCC’s SLO Committee was used as a model.  Kurt will summarize his visit by Monday and inform the Assessment Committee.

b)     Kurt’s preliminary review of his group of the program SLOs resulted in some needing to be edited down and some needing to be re-written.
