Members Present:  Kurt Green, Jon Kingsbury

Members Absent:  Steve Fernald, Larry Green, Beachy Orr, Rosie Hackett

Staff:  Terry Livesay

Items discussed:

1)      Approval of minutes from May 29 meeting (there was no meeting on the June 5^th): Approved by consensus

2)  Start evaluation process of new courses submitted:

The committee reviewed the original seven courses that were submitted for SLOs and MASLOs which resulted all being moved forward.  There was one addition that resulted in the one being moved forward. 

3)  Evaluation of resubmitted courses:

There were two resubmitted courses which resulted in both being moved forward.

4)  Review of ‘End of the Year Evaluation’ report from Kurt:

Kurt revised the ‘End of the Year Evaluation’ report and he submitted it via the ‘Monday Morning Memo’ which was distributed electronically to all LTCC email recipients on June 11.

5)  Other items:

There were no other items discussed.
